Our passion is inspired by Shamgar in Judges 3:31, who refused to let evil destroy his family and, with God’s strength and the skill he had, rose to defend Israel. In that same spirit, Shamgar Security Solutions exists to stand against threats that endanger God’s people in Church, School and Business.

My name is Gabe Spencer, and I am the founder of Shamgar Security Solutions. Over the course of my law enforcement career, through countless cases and real-world incidents, I have seen firsthand how quickly violence can strike—whether in a church, school, business or your home. Those experiences, combined with the wisdom gained along the way, have shaped my calling to protect the vulnerable.
My inspiration comes from Shamgar in Judges 3:31, where Scripture tells us he chose to stand, and his stand saved Israel. I believe God allows us to develop skills, endure challenges, and learn through experience so we can ultimately better His Kingdom and serve others.
My background includes a Bachelor of Science in Biology, medical science, and years as a law enforcement officer. I am trained and certified in active shooter response, CPR/First Aid, and Stop the Bleed, and I serve as a deacon in my local church. These skills—spiritual, medical, tactical, and professional—work together to provide a comprehensive foundation for training organizations to protect their people.
When law enforcement cannot arrive fast enough, your team must be ready. My mission is to ensure your facility is equipped with the knowledge, preparation, and confidence to respond effectively in critical moments. This occurs from a foundation of a security assessment that evolves into training and scenarios provide by our team. We are the bridge between the gap for you and your safety solutions.

Strategic Site Analyst:
Luke serves as a Strategic Site Analyst with Shamgar Security Solutions, supporting churches, schools, and community organizations in developing practical safety and security plans. His work focuses on identifying risks, understanding how people and spaces interact, and helping organizations prepare for emergencies before they occur.
He brings a strong background in assessment, planning, and analysis, with experience evaluating facilities, routines, and information to identify vulnerabilities and improve readiness. In this role, Luke assists clients with reviewing site layouts, access points, movement patterns, communication processes, and emergency responsibilities to strengthen prevention and response efforts.
Luke emphasizes clear, realistic procedures that staff and volunteers can understand and execute under stress. His approach supports Shamgar Security Solutions’ mission to protect people, reduce liability, and help organizations build trust through thoughtful preparation.

Site Security Analyst
Michael Spencer brings over a decade of dedicated law enforcement experience, serving with distinction in multiple specialized roles. With 8 years on SWAT and currently leading the team as its Team Leader, he has developed advanced tactical expertise and proven leadership under pressure. Michael is a certified Firearms Instructor, General Instructor, and Red Dot Instructor, and has also trained and mentored new officers as a Field Training Officer. His extensive background reflects a commitment to excellence, safety, and the highest standards of professional service.

Return Policy and Service Plan Agreement
Return Policy
If you need to request a return, please contact info@shamgarsecurity.com.
All return requests must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date. Requests submitted after 30 days will not be eligible for return.
Returned items must be approved prior to processing. Additional terms or conditions may apply depending on the product or service.

Service Plan Agreement
This Service Plan Agreement outlines the payment terms for services provided by Shamgar Security Solutions.
Deposit Requirement
A non-refundable deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total quoted service fee is required and must be paid no later than the day of the scheduled on-site analysis walk-through. Services will not begin until the deposit has been received.
Balance Due
The remaining fifty percent (50%) balance is due upon completion of the risk assessment and delivery of all associated policy reviews and documentation, including but not limited to safety recommendations, standard operating procedures, and written reports.
Non-Refundable Deposit
The initial 50% deposit is non-refundable and secures scheduling, preparation, on-site evaluation time, and administrative costs.
Failure to Pay
Failure to remit full payment upon completion may result in delayed delivery of final reports, policies, or recommendations.
Acceptance
Payment of the deposit constitutes acceptance of these terms and authorization for Shamgar Security Solutions to proceed with the agreed-upon services..
